PONY TALES Youth Services’ free teen's center in Spokane is located at Northtown Mall and offers free tutoring, Hip-Hop Classes, recording studio, workshops, job training, and community service projects. PONY TALES is an acronym for the organization’s mission: Positive, Outreach, Navigating, Youth, Teaching, Adolescents, Leadership, & Entrepreneurial, Spirit.
